The Tourism Management programme at Inholland has a strong emphasis on today's industry practices. It's a small-scale programme where your own contributions and creativity play an important role. Expect a high level of education, including international study and language trips. Benefit from solid partnerships with international organisations and the guidance of an enthusiastic team of teachers with experience in the field. And enjoy studying near one of the tourist capitals of the world: Amsterdam.
The programme in a nutshell
During your four years at the Tourism Management programme, you will gain practical experience. You will work independently and learn to take responsibility. You will tackle assignments in multicultural project groups and work closely with other students. Each part of the programme helps you develop the knowledge, skills and attitude that are necessary for a successful career in the industry.
While the first two years of this programme aim to equip you with a broad sense of what this business is about, you will also study to improve your English. The third year partly consists of a five month internship, while the other part allows you to study abroad at one of our partner universities abroad. The first half of the fourth year is focused on a specialised tourism subject (such as Global Tourism Perspectives or Destination Management). During the second part, you will work towards graduation.
