Creative Media and Game Technologies/International Game Architecture and Design is a professional bachelor program in English at Breda University. It has 3 specializations which start from the first year of the study program: Programming, Visual Art, Design and Production. The program is very practice oriented through close collaboration with the game industry and multidisciplinary approach in the fully equipped Game Lab.

In this programme you will be trained in creative, technological, and commercial skills. Game careers require you to have both a broad knowledge of game development and deep skills in your chosen area of expertise, such as 3D visual arts, high-end video game development, animation, audio, gameplay, level design, production, or programming.

Location: Breda, the Netherlands

Duration: 4 years

Main Subjects: for Programming – Mathematics, C#, Hardware Technology, Game Programming, Graphic Programming, Game Engines, etc.; for Visual Art – 3D Modelling, Drawing, Animation, World Building, etc.; for Design and Production – Concept Development, Game Design, Game Production, Business Management, Interactive Storytelling etc.; for Indie Game Development – Concept Development, Game Design, Mobile and Online Application Development, 2D and 3D Art, Small Business Management, etc.

Placement: in the third year, second semester in the game industry in the Netherlands or abroad (approximately 6 months).
