Global Management of Social Issues is an academic bachelor program in English at Tilburg University.

This program integrates knowledge from three academic fields in the social sciences: human resource studies, organization studies, and sociology, from a cross-cultural and international comparative perspective. In it you will learn to approach complex societal challenges, such as climate change, global warming, the use of energy and renewable energy, sustainable consumption, and poverty and learn how to run projects and to compose teams of experts that work on the so called ‘wicked problems’ mentioned above.

You could work, as a consultant or human resource manager in an international organization, connecting people in order to create the most competent team to solve complex problems. Or you could work as a fund-raiser and help find a solution for poverty, or help introduce sustainable practices in supply chains. As a project manager, you can make sure that projects run smoothly and produce the best possible results.
