Management of Learning is a master program in English at Maastricht University.
In a competitive business environment, companies need to innovate in order to stay ahead. This means that knowledge is becoming a key business asset. Coupled with this, it is becoming increasingly difficult for organisations to find and retain qualified employees. As a result, the effective use and development of human capital is a strategic decision that companies can no longer ignore. Management of Learning challenges you to think about learning in a (global) business environment and to find effective, potentially far-reaching solutions. It is a multi-disciplinary programme, which combines elements from economics, business, human resource management and learning sciences.
Maastricht’s expert teaching staff is supported by carefully selected guest lecturers from international companies, such as DSM, Philips and ABN AMRO. In the second semester, you will analyse and propose solutions to a real human resource development (HRD) problem from one of these companies. The opportunity to put your skills into practice and the diversity of your fellow students is excellent preparation for the international environment of a large organisation.

- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant academic field (high quality of performance in previous education)
