International Facility Management


International Facility Management is a bachelor program in English at Breda University, which prepares its students for a career in the facility management industry. As the facility manager, you take care of the parking, catering, security, ticket sales, merchandise sales. All communication between the partner companies who provide these elements to let the game begin is arranged. As a facility manager you are a team player who ensures that guests feel comfortable and staff can perform well in their work. You know how to deal with (top) management, internal and external customers, suppliers and with your own staff. Facility managers are at the heart of organisations such as hotels, hospitals, offices, airports, catering companies, events companies and consultancy firms worldwide.

Rankings: International Real Estate and Facility Management has been awarded a label of excellence for close collaboration with the facility management industry by the Dutch Government and has received an international accreditation by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Location: Breda, the Netherlands

Duration: 4 years

Placement: in the second year for one semester in companies like Amgen, Shell, Camelot in Netherlands or abroad.
