Law and Technology is a master program in English at Tilburg University.

Providing cutting edge knowledge within the burgeoning field of technology regulation, Law and Technology gives answers to challenges of today’s technology driven society. In addition to traditional legal doctrine, the program covers regulatory issues in the spheres of public, private, and criminal law, and such subjects as comparative law, jurisprudence, ethics, and public administration.

Cover different technologies, such as ICT and biotechnology, and different legal domains, such as intellectual property rights, privacy and data protection, and cybercrime.

Location: Tilburg, the Netherlands

Duration: 1 year

Main Subjects: Regulation, Ethics, Acceptance, Legitimacy, European Intellectual Property Law and Technology

Possible careers: consultant, researcher, policy-maker, or lawyer specialized in law and technology in various types of centers, including large international law firms, in-house legal departments of large firms, the civil service (including the EC civil service), and transnational organizations (both for-profit and non-profit)

Admission requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Legalized translation of the diploma (if not in English)
• TOEFL with minimum 90 score or IELTS with minimum 6.5 or CAE or CPE
• Motivation letter
• CV
