Online Culture: Art, Media and Society is academic bachelor program in English at Tilburg University.
The program prepares you for a successful career within the online and offline media sector, or in cultural organizations, international companies, government or education.
Career perspectives are very diverse. Typical jobs include online media strategist, marketing and communications advisor, media and event manager, cultural entrepreneur, publisher/editor (web) or policy officer in culture, education or diversity.
In this unique program you will study expressions of art and culture in the modern world of mass media, blogs, tweets and online games. From the second year onward, you will specialize in one of the following majors: Art in the Public Sphere, Digital Media or Global Communication. In the third year, you will focus on developing practical skills by choosing one of two career paths: Entrepreneurship or Research.
