International Master in Affective Neuroscience is a two-year programme, English taught in the University of Maastricht.
The postgraduate research Master of Affective Disorders and joint degree at Maastricht University and Florence. The program is designed for graduates in medicine, psychology and behavioral sciences, focusing on the latest developments in the field of anxiety, depression and neuroscience of emotions.
Research
Maastricht University offers a program that allows you to go into research. The main component of the program is an individual research project. Under the guidance of a mentor you will conduct research, the results of which will be published in the partner edition. You will have the opportunity to contribute with new knowledge about the mechanisms of emotions.
Distance Learning
The main part of the curriculum is to conduct individual research project which each student will be held in his own country. Master Affective Neuroscience provides the opportunity to combine the education with your current job. During this time, the training will be led via distance (learning).
The program collaborates with scientists from the universities of Maastricht, Florence, Paris Diderot, Tel Aviv, Bristol, Bonn and Imperial College London.
Diploma
In the end, you get a degree from Maastricht University, and Florence University.

-Proof of English proficiency: IELTS- wit minimum score 6.0; TOEFL with minimum score of 80;
